Note the following when using the User API:

  • The user.read scope is implicitly set for all apps, so you don’t need to declare a scope to access the User API.
  • User information is intended for your app only, and not for you to display on a website. Do not expose this information on any published site.

user_id The unique ID of the given user string
email User's email. This is user name.​ string
language A two letter language code to set the user's default language.
The supported languages with their two character codes:

  • nl: Dutch
  • no: Norwegian
  • pl: Polish
  • pt: Portuguese
  • ru: Russian
  • sv: Swedish

  • zh: Chinese (simplified)

Retrieve Details for a User

GET /v1/user/{USER_ID}/

Returns all fields for the given user.
scope: no scope required
