Log in to the Dev Admin Portal
Go to weebly.com/developer-admin or click Dev Admin portal in the top menu of this page.
View Your Developer Information
You can view all sorts of information on the main portal page.
The top left shows information that’s displayed on your Developer’s Card in the App Center, accessed by clicking the developer’s name link on the main App Card. You created this information when you created your developer account.
The URL you use here should be the one you want users to click to get more info about you or your company. The About area is where you can tell your customers all about you and your company. The Developer Contact field should be an email that customers can use to ask general questions. This is also the email that app review comments are sent to if you opt to receive them.
Click Edit in this box to change any developer information, including whether or not to receive emails when users review your app. You can also click the name at the top right-hand corner of the page to edit the same info.
The top right of the main admin page shows you the number of apps currently uploaded (whether draft or released to the App Center), and the total number of installs. High-level individual information about each of your apps, including latest version and number of installs, is shown at the bottom of the page. Click an app’s row to view detailed info.
Click Create a New App up at the top right to do just that!
View Detailed App Information
Clicking an app’s row on the main admin page takes you to its Manage page.
The top left card on this page displays your app’s information. The top part of the card contains information used for Weebly to programmatically recognize your app: its client ID and secret. The information on the bottom half of this card is what displays on the App Card in the App Center. The Site URL should go to a page on your site that contains support info for this app, or if one doesn’t exist, support info for your company. The email provided here should be for someone who can handle support issues. You can also add a support phone number.
Landing Info shows where your customer winds up after they finish installing your app. This is configured in the manifest as the final destination. Pricing is configured when you create the pricing plan for your app. Apps in the App Center are organized by categories. The Category you selected is displayed. Links to edit and view your live demo site are also displayed.
Click Edit to change any support info.
The right top shows general release, install, and rating info, and also allows you to take some sort of action with your app, like view it in the App Center or install it to your test site. The bottom shows existing versions of your app. You can upload a new version from here.
View Version Info
Every version of your app that you upload is displayed in it’s own line.
Click a version to view detailed information about it. At the top, you can see when the version was last updated, and you can also click Delete Version to delete it.
You can also upload a new zip for this version, and then save it as a draft, or you can submit this version for Weebly’s review. Once the review is complete and your app version is approved, you can release it to the App Center from here. The rest of the page helps you to create your app’s listing in the App Center. More info here.
